Shipment registration

A GMT tracking number may be issued when a shipment is created by Global Max Transport or an authorized connected store.

Tracking events

Common events include label creation, pickup, in transit, facility arrival/departure, customs/clearance, out for delivery, delivery, delay, exception, hold and return.

International movement

Cross-border shipments may be affected by customs, carrier handoffs, local operating hours and regulatory requirements.
